In honour of Turboglacier and his roofing issues, I would like to share my displeasure with the landlord's boiler. It lasted over winter, so I guess I can't whinge that much, but died a couple of weeks ago. So this guy came and fixed stuff, and within 24 hours the hot water worked but not the heating. So he came back and fixed it again and now 48 hours later the heating works but not the hot water.

I would really, really, really like to please have both.
